If you want to delete your Ovilo Invoice account and associated app data, you can request deletion by contacting us by email.

Please send an email to:

Delete my Ovilo Invoice account

In your email, include:

1. The email address registered with your Ovilo Invoice account.
2. Your user ID, if available in the app.
3. A screenshot of your logged-in account/profile page from the same registered email address.

We request this information only to verify that the deletion request is being made by the account owner.

After verification, we will delete your Ovilo Invoice account and associated data from our servers, including:

- Business details saved in the app
- Uploaded or generated invoice-related data, where applicable

Deletion timeline

Once your request is verified, we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

Data we may retain

Some data may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes. Any retained data will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Partial data deletion

If you want to delete specific data without deleting your full account, such as invoices, customers, or business details, mention this clearly in your email. We will review your request and assist where possible.
